Simon is a biomedical engineer with a strong background in medical software and digital signal processing, particularly in the field of body-worn sensors. His expertise before joining Evido Health covered medical data standards, backend system architecture for clinical data exchange, and the development of user workflows tailored to healthcare professionals. Simon has also overseen infrastructure setup at clinical sites and collaborated with scientists to create software solutions that reflect the latest advancements in medical practice.

Drawing on years of experience, Simon has designed, maintained, and improved algorithms based on patient-recorded data. His work consistently aims to bridge the gap between innovative technology and practical clinical needs.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology and a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Aarhus University.

Alongside her studies at Aarhus University, Mathilde works in the development team at Evido Health, carrying out tasks within the field of data science.‍ Mathilde holds a Bachelor's degree in Data Science and Machine Learning from Aalborg University and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Bioinformatics at Aarhus University.‍

Yuliia is a Business Development Manager at Evido Health, where she drives the company’s commercial relationships with customers and partners across the ecosystem. As a key point of contact for both new and existing collaborators, Yuliia guides stakeholders in understanding Evido’s solutions and supports the planning and implementation of clinical workflows.

Yuliia is driven by a genuine curiosity for people and a strong belief that lasting partnerships are built on trust. She brings a combination of scientific insight and commercial experience, supported by an academic background in Biology, Bioentrepreneurship, and Business Administration. Prior to joining Evido, Yuliia worked at Microsoft, where she managed sales enablement and operations for an organisation of more than 300 people.

Taus is CEO and Co-founder of Evido Health, where he oversees the company's overall strategy with a particular focus on commercial direction, partnership activities, and long-term growth.

Originally trained as an engineer, Taus broadened his professional perspectives through roles as a Strategy Consultant at Implement Consulting Group and as a Venture Builder at People Ventures. His work has primarily centred around the life sciences sector, ranging from formulating and executing innovation strategies for major industry players to evaluating and investing in early-stage companies.

Taus is motivated by solving meaningful problems through technology together with strong and diverse teams. He particularly thrives when solving complex problems, challenging conventional approaches, and bringing cross-functional perspectives into strategic decision-making.

Taus holds an engineering degree from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

René is a computer scientist with a strong background in machine learning, scientific software, and drug discovery applications. At Evido Health, René holds the position as Chief Technology Officer, leading the R&D organisation and overseeing IT management and security. While doing so, René keeps the focus on building scalable and robust technology platforms for clinical biomarker solutions. René brings more than 20 years of industry experience developing data-driven solutions across the pharmaceutical and BioTech industries.

Prior to joining Evido, René held senior leadership roles across both industry and research, spanning software architecture, data science, product development, and executive leadership. He has a strong track record of building and leading cross-functional teams within both start-ups and large organisations.

René earned his PhD in Computer Science from Aarhus University in 2004 and received the Aarhus University Research Foundation PhD Prize in Natural Sciences in 2005. He has served as Principal Investigator (PI) on several research grants and has been a censor within the Danish Censor Corps in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, and Biology since 2010. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors at Innovation Fund Denmark.

Petros is a Senior Business Development Manager at Evido Health, where he drives clinical implementation initiatives, including the strategic partnership with Roche Diagnostics. With a background in biotechnology and business, Petros previously co-founded two diagnostic companies within biomanufacturing and mental health.

Petros brings a data-driven approach that bridges scientific depth with strategic clarity. He excels at navigating technical complexities while maintaining focus on broader business objectives. His key drivers are the opportunities to improve patient outcomes and help transform healthcare from reactive to proactive by leveraging smart technologies and high-quality data, making prevention and early intervention the standard of care.

Maja is a hepatologist and biomarker scientist with deep expertise in steatotic liver diseases (SLD), non-invasive tests (NITs), and clinical research.

At Evido Health, Maja leads the scientific strategy behind LiverPRO, with a focus on strengthening and advancing its use for liver risk stratification, early diagnosis, monitoring, and prognostication. She brings extensive experience from academia, clinical hepatology, and multiple international research collaborations.

‍

Before joining Evido, Maja held the position as Professor of Hepatology at the University of Southern Denmark, where she built an internationally recognised research programme in non-invasive liver biomarkers. She has authored more than 200 scientific papers, contributed to international guidelines, and acted on multiple boards. From 2019 to 2023, Maja hosted her own weekly podcast about health and biomedicine on national Danish radio.

Maja earned her medical degree from University of Copenhagen and doctor's degree from University of Southern Denmark.

Louise is a brand strategist and creative who thrives when communicating complex information, developing compelling concepts, and creating meaningful messaging. Prior to joining Evido Health, Louise worked as an in-house Brand and Communications Manager at an international innovation consultancy. She joined Evido with a strong drive to move deeper into the HealthTech scene, not only to work closer to solutions with life-changing impact but also to strengthen an ambitious and bold brand that dares to challenge the status-quo.

In her role at Evido, Louise takes lead with responsibilities ranging from developing and defining to implementing and executing brand and communication strategies.

Louise holds an academic degree in Business and Economics from Uppsala University and Lund University, which laid the foundation for her to then complete another degree and specialise in Brand and Communications Management at Copenhagen Business School.

Kristian is a Senior DevOps Engineer at Evido Health, where he focuses on building scalable infrastructure, automation, and robust systems that support the delivery of meaningful health technology products. He brings a unique interdisciplinary background spanning life sciences, bioinformatics, data science, and software engineering, enabling him to connect a fundamental understanding of biological data with the technical systems required to operationalise it.

Prior to joining Evido, Kristian worked as a Data Scientist before transitioning into DevOps Engineering, driven by a strong interest in system design, programming, and automation. He holds academic degrees in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics and is motivated by applying engineering to complex real-world challenges at the intersection of biology, software, and healthcare.

Klaus holds the position as Chief Commercial Officer at Evido Health, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy and partnerships. His primary focus is positioning LiverPRO as a valuable tool within pharmaceutical clinical development and advancing its adoption across public healthcare systems. His role involves establishing strategic partnerships with key players within the cardiometabolic field to externally validate LiverPRO and demonstrate its utility as a liver fibrosis biomarker.

With more than 15 years of experience within the diagnostics sector, as well as academic degrees in Medicine and Health Economics, Klaus has built a career at the intersection of science, business development, and commercialisation. He is particularly driven by building strong strategic partnerships with institutions, healthcare organisations, and life science companies. Over the years, he has successfully guided multiple diagnostic technologies from early-stage concept through validation and into the market.

Katrine is a medical doctor and researcher with a strong focus on early detection and risk stratification of steatotic liver disease (SLD). She earned her MD and PhD from the University of Southern Denmark, where her research centred on improving early identification of liver disease to enable timely intervention and better patient outcomes.

Building on this foundation, Katrine now leads the clinical strategy at Evido Health and plays a key role in translating scientific insights into practical solutions that work in real-world healthcare settings. In her role as Chief Medical Officer, she ensures that Evido’s products create meaningful value for customers and are effectively implemented across clinical workflows.

As Co-founder, Katrine is driven by the ambition to bridge the gap between research, product, and patient care, enabling earlier intervention and better outcomes at scale.

Julie is a scientist with a strong interest in understanding the complex systems of the human body. She takes pride in communicating science clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences and plays a key role in driving the scientific publications developed at Evido Health.

Julie holds a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and a PhD in Food Science, both obtained at Aarhus University. This academic background has provided her with a strong scientific foundation and advanced analytical skills. She has authored seven peer-reviewed publications and presented her work at multiple international conferences, including the EASL Congress and The Liver Meeting.

Anna works in product management at the intersection of disciplines, ensuring that user needs remain at the centre. At Evido Health, she collaborates with teams across science, development, and regulatory affairs to define and evolve our products. Her work spans user research, concept development, and strategic alignment, ensuring that real user insights continuously inform how our products deliver value.

Prior to joining Evido, Anna worked in customer experience and consulting, with a focus on making complex domains, particularly within healthcare, clearer and more actionable. She has also worked across industries, including automotive and technology, bringing a broader perspective on how to design and deliver meaningful user experiences.

Anna holds academic degrees in design and business, along with a Master’s degree in Service Systems Design, combining strategic thinking with a human-centred approach to complex systems.

Andreas is leading the quality culture journey at Evido Health.

‍

Prior to joining Evido, Andreas worked as a systems engineer within the pharmaceutical industry, where he specialised in streamlining complex processes and identifying key interfaces to foster a holistic understanding of product development. Andreas joined Evido with a strong ambition to broaden his perspectives and take full ownership of embedding a quality culture across all functions, while further expanding his expertise in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).
